?Do communicate with NBCUniversal on a regular basis.

?Take advantage of the free coaching and guidance provided by the local support team.
要充分利用NBCUniversal在本地整改跟進團隊提供的免費指導(dǎo)與幫助
?Provide all in-progress evidence including photos and documents for all open findings as you are making the improvements.
要在整改的同時及時提供各類“正在進行中”的證據(jù)，包括圖片及文件。
?Notify the local team if are experiencing any challenges related to closure of findings so they help with alternative solutions.
要及時告知本地的整改跟進團隊整改中遇到的困難以尋求有效的解決方案
?Consider hiring an EHS consultant to implement the needed corrective actions.
要聘請專業(yè)環(huán)境健康安全顧問幫助完成整改
DON’T’S(不要）
?Don’t stop communicating with NBCUniversal and the local team.
不要中斷與NBCUniversal本地整改跟進團隊的交流
?Don’t stop addressing the open findings if there is a problem with 1 finding.
不要因為某一項問題的整改有困難而中斷其他問題的整改
?Don’t hold all the evidence till finding is closed, send in progress evidence to the local team.
不要等到問題整改完畢后一次性提供證據(jù)，應(yīng)在整改同時陸續(xù)向本地團隊提供“
正在進行中”的證據(jù)
?Don’t assume there is no corrective action, contact the local team for alternative solutions
不要認(rèn)為遇到問題就無法整改，應(yīng)及時聯(lián)系本地團隊尋求有效的解決方案
?Don’t let the cost of corrective action stop you from discussing with local team.
不要因為整改費用問題而中斷與當(dāng)?shù)貓F隊的溝通
